A new bike for Eddie!   Life-long Lakeville resident, Eddie Wallin, rides around the community on his 3-wheeled bike, picking up cans and trash to help keep the town clean. One night last month, Eddie got his bike stolen. The community came together to help out a friend in need. Eddie got a brand new bike and is back out on the road,doing what he does best.

The Science of Superheroes   The Dark Knight set box office records this weekend, becoming the fastest movie ever to cross the $300 million dollar mark.  Why are we all flocking to see comic book heroes in action on the big screen?  University of Minnesota professor Jim Kakalios teaches a freshman seminar in physics that uses superheroes to teach physics concepts, and also consults on Hollywood movies to make sure their superheroes are rooted in real science.

Uptown Art Fair   Robert Brisco, who has been displaying his pottery at the fair for 30 years, brought along a few of his pieces that he will be featuring at this weekends festivities. Check him out this weekend, along with many other artists, tons of food and musical guests that are fun for all ages!
