Audience Guidelines

We will do our best to honor your top show date requests. You can expect a response from our staff within 5-10 business days. Occasionally things pop up that require us to cancel an audience date.  In those cases an email will be sent as soon as we know to advise you that you will need to reschedule. To ensure that all of our audience members have the very best experience, there are a few guidelines that you'll be asked to follow:

Studio Policy
Cell phones, recording devices, digital equipment, backpacks, and sharp objects of any kind are not permitted inside the studio. Please do not bring any valuables with you to the station, as we do not have a secure storage area. Hubbard Broadcasting, Inc. cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. We do allow small purses and cameras.  However, photos are not allowed while the show is on air.

Age Restrictions
All audience members must be 18 years of age or older. A valid photo ID is required.

Dress Code
You'll be on TV, so remember to dress the part! Please think business attire and avoid jeans.  White clothing and busy patterns don't look good on camera, so please leave those at home.  We want to see your smiling faces, so no hats! Visible logos, especially on a shirt, are a no-no as well.

Seating
Audience seating is at the discretion of the production staff. We'll do our best to keep your party together, but due to seating accommodations, your party may be split up. We reserve the right to deny admission to anyone at any time for any reason, and such right shall be at the sole discretion of Hubbard Broadcasting, Inc.

If you have any special requests or needs that we need to be aware of (such as difficulty walking up steps) be sure to let us know when you check in. We will try to accommodate you!
